Include your iPhone model and iOS version. Do not attach photos of your plant unless you want us to see them; support email is not part of the identification pipeline.
Common questions
- Why does it say "possible" instead of naming the plant? Two engines are consulted; when they disagree or the scores are moderate, Loam shows the ranked candidates and how to tell them apart rather than guessing.
- Do you keep my photos? No. Photos are processed and discarded. See the Privacy Policy.
- Why won't it identify a mushroom? Misidentified fungi can be deadly; Loam is a plant app and refuses fungi on purpose.
- How do I restore a purchase? Settings › Loam Pro › Restore Purchases.
- How do I cancel? Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your iPhone.
- Can I get my data out? Yes: Settings › Export gives you CSV or JSON.
